I am beyond shocked. For context — I posted this last night sometime around 8:45pm est in the Knicks/Pistons preseason game thread during the game:

I had a few comments on it and continued to watch the game and went to bed.
Well, this morning I was scrolling through twitter and one of the Knicks fan accounts I follow is BigKnickEnergy\_. I happened to come across [THIS](https://imgur.com/a/9pT0NzV) tweet!
I couldn’t believe it! It was posted a few minutes after my initial Reddit post. I wasn’t mentioned, this person didn’t even bother to really change any of the sentence structure! There was simply no way this person had the EXACT same worded take as I did within minutes. THEY STOLE MY TAKE! Then, to make matters worse, I tweeted at this account from my own Knicks fan Twitter account and [called them out](https://imgur.com/a/Y7CQ1oF) for what they did.
Well, to my surprise, a few short minutes later I went to pull up their Twitter profile and saw the account [blocked me](https://imgur.com/a/8bQ3nD8)! They also made my reply calling them out a “hidden reply” so nobody else would see it!
**Caught in 4k**! I can’t believe a Knicks Twitter account with more than 5,000 followers is stealing takes from Knicks Reddit for their own personal engagement/interactions. How low does it get? Keep an eye out for this horrible account on both here and Twitter!

I think I remember that account tweeting about give aways to get followers/mentions and then doesn’t follow through. Really some bozo running that account.

But you shared your thoughts on something in a small forum and someone else agreed and posted the same thing in another forum (5,000 followers doesn’t strike me as some huge account). It sucks that they blocked you and maybe they are just a bad person I don’t know, but I’m not sure why you should care about this that much
I mean sure, but 1) that’s just the internet and 2) it’s a take that’s been made by many Knicks fans for some time now. Sure he copied your words but the actual message isn’t something you uniquely thought of. Just forget about it lol

I thought it was like a long-ish well-thought out reddit post that required some research but it’s literally just a not-so-hot take about Randle vs. Obi. Is it weird it’s copy-pasted? Sure. Is it that serious? No.
Mans posted zero stats, zero data, did zero research, didn’t create or make anything remotely worth stealing and then making a big deal about it lol. You literally wouldn’t be able to do anything with your post.
