For perspective on the 4 of the 5 teams (exception being the Lakers) that the Wolves have played so far this season, all are top 7 in the West. Still an early season

A big part od that is by beating us
These standing will look way different after 2 weeks
How many more losses and bad performances are we going to pave over by saying it’s early in the season? We were down 34 to a Spurs team without three of their starters. A couple games before that, our team was getting booed at home. Tonight Phoenix looked levels above us and they could’ve stepped on the gas if they wanted – not to mention they didn’t have Ayton.
I’m not saying it won’t get better, but the league is really fucking competitive this year. Which isn’t good when our team looks unprepared and confused on what their identity is.
Why trade 5 FRPs and 3 rotation players for Gobert when we don’t even throw him lobs or use him effectively? Why is Ant coming into the season out of shape? Why didn’t McDaniels improve his dribbling or shooting this summer? Why is D’Lo still jacking up transition threes, and why hasn’t Finch had the balls to bench him?
Again, I hope our guys can figure it out and Finch can get the team playing smart basketball that utilizes all of our talent to the fullest. And we have to, because we gutted a huge amount of the team for this roster.
