While I always knew the Nets had it in them, I could’ve never guessed the run they would go on.
Gotta give credits to all the NETS role players too for this performance(Ben Simmons included). KD was always the one who I respect the most on the team cuz he was still the most consistent during their low point. Kyrie can still be inconsistent sometimes but he's a important piece still when he's playing. Coach making the right changes also. Ready to see some good competition this year

The crazy thing about that playoff series all those games were close and Kd and Kyrie both played like trash the Celtics won’t get that luck This season the Nets look better than they’re looked the whole time kd and Kyrie had been together and their gonna get better as a team scary hours for real

I almost shed a tear while watching this video because im a nets fan, the things that we gone through
not a nets fan but a huge kd fan and i can say we have been playing good defense and ben and our other role players have really stepped up this year hopefully we can keep it up the real turn around was the coaching steve couldn’t put the right line up out and we sucked on the defensive side of the ball

Just look at that last kd offence in Celtics, no one fucking screening, moving, running to help. JV has changed everything now they screen,move, do set plays 9 ,win streak after a 6 win streak
The Nets were always doing good just have had a lot of hangups. Of course I'd be lying if I said I knew they were gonna be where they are now after last season and the trade summer drama. I mean last year was beset by four horsemen of misfortune. James Harden wanted out and stopped trying. Kyrie was putting up Kyrie numbers but because of orwellian lockdown procedures couldn't play at home. Kevin Durant was on pace for a MVP level Season but then got injured. Steve Nash was still their head coach.
So Nets had been good just not AS good as they should have been. Making it to the Playoffs specially after acquiring newer pieces that hadn't played with them all season last year in spite of their set backs I think was a sign the team has a good formula. Their playoff run prior was also alright. This year remains to be seen how far deep into the playoffs they go. They are still about second round of the playoffs level I think but depending on who they are matched up with could go on a good run make it to the Eastern Conference finals.
