  1. Keegan was never seen as a “bust” lol. People didn’t like him at fourth until they saw him in summer league, but going from a number 1 option to 4-5th option in an entirely new system takes work and he even admitted it took time for him to learn how to play with Domas. “The most nba ready player in the draft” certainly has been one of them though paolo is obviously super nice too and few others are solid as can be.

Idk anyone who would already be down on a rook after just the first few weeks or months of a season but Keegan is an integral part and starter on a third seeded team and a top tier volume 3pt shooter already

  2. Kings are really tired. They have squeaking by in wins shooting in the 20%s from deep. They're playing solid offense, just not hitting shots.

They're #1 in distance travelled on defense, which means they're putting in massive effort there. They try hard even though they're not successful there, so expect that to improve. Still since they're learning, they're still very inefficient compared to elite defensive teams who need to run less to get better results.

All star weekend can't come at a better time, as they can get their legs back and guys like Keegan and K-von can get their movement 3's back.

Also Good to note that Keegan is top 25 in the NBA in 3pointers made and top 20 in the NBA in 3 point percentage. So it's a disservice to say he's a "good shooter for a rookie" when he's elite across all players already.

  3. Kevin Huerter is not really a very good shooting guard! He can’t be Buddy Heald or Thompson of the warriors who are averaging 20+ points! Because, he only averaged 16 pints per game!
