    i wonder if they declare him active but make him an “emergency only” guy. like if all our guards got hurt and we had to send someone out there.

    this way lakers game plan for him, he gets to rest, and come back full for game 3

    Rest him. If the team can’t win without a banged up Ja, they can’t win with him.

    I would sit him out. His team needs to come out and win this. If Memphis wins, sit out Morant game 3 which could likely be a loss and bring back a healthish Morant for Game 4. That would be a week to heal and rest

    I had a feeling he wouldn’t be out long. Once they said the x-rays came back negative I figured he’d be back before the end of the series. We’ve been through this with him before

    If you’ve ever had a deep tissue bruise or, worse, a bone bruise, you know how fucking horrible it hurts. Heals fast, but oh my jesus the first few minutes.

    How in the hell? My foot kinda bent backwards a year ago, but less seriously , I was out of commission for 6 weeks.

    Great news though, should take one game off at least though. He wasn’t using his right hand much even before the injury in game 1
