What I like is lebron isn’t having to go his usual crazy self and they are still winning games and look in control , He’s going to start settling into a rhythm soon no doubt in both these arenas .
That's exactly what to expect when defense is added to the mix. If the Lakers can stay this focused on defense it going to be tough for anyone in the association to beat them.
Great win for the Lakers today. AD played like AD again today. Hachimura played unbelieveable. And our defense continues to be great. Actually, the Lakers has been great defensively ever since the play-in started. Even game 2 when we lost in Memphis, the Grizzlies only shot 42% on the floor that game.
That being said, we got self-complacement in the 2nd and 4th quarter. I guess that's because the Lakers saw they are up by 26 in the first quarter so they lose their focus. But we cannot be satisfied with our 2nd and 4th quarter performance.
And even if I just praised our defense, I won't deny that the Grizzlies has been missing a few open-look which they normally hit in the regular season. They can get hot anytime soon. Nobody should deny the Grizzlies has not played at their best ever since the playoff started.
But anyways, this is a great win, what makes this game even sweeter is that Dillon Brooks gets ejected.
