So he was playing on a ankle that needed surgery….I feel like we can excuse his poor playoffs a tad

He actually got his ankle sprained by Bam a few weeks before the playoffs and then Caris Levert was in his landing space on a jumper and compounded it. He was actually getting into rhythm before the injury was reaggravated

  3. Bam gonna circle the next Knicks game on his calendar so that he can injure Randle again

He should be vindicated of his playoff performance this season then, props to him for gutting it out!

Say what you want about Randle, he puts his heart on the line every game. A lot of players wouldn’t play injured and risk their health. Randle knew that because the Hawks series that two bad postseasons in a row would kill his “brand.” He didn’t care and helped the Knicks make the 2nd round for the first time in a decade. Most players would sit out and collect the check.

    Respect.

Since arthroscopic surgery is generally a minor outpatient procedure it raises the question…

Did they just open the ankle up and look? Because he is paid millions and millions to play basketball for a living and like most nba players the league has insurance on that contract.

    Or did they repair something?

    I would like to know.

When I used his ankle as an excuse I got slaughtered lmao.

Bam Adebayo injuring players is nothing new

Edit: he is expected to be ready for any training camp, not the knicks

Don’t think Embiid will get the same sympathy as Randle… understand their expectations are different but injuries are injuries

Sounds like Randle needs to invest in some bubble wrap for next season. Get well soon, Julius!
