Russo is right. You cannot just ship every star player off every small market. The nba needs Portland to be a good team. Finals viewership is up this year because their is finally parity in the league and you can watch stars go head to head. Saying Portland can’t win is insane. They have enough assets to trade for someone as good or slightly worse than dame. It doesn’t matter if it’s Portland if they get traded there. Dame + Jaylen Brown + Jerami grant is as good a trio as there is in the nba.
