   Winger also added that he’s “first accountable” for every decision. Then jokes with Will that “every mistake is on me. Every success is yours” 😂

   You can tell there’s already a strong relationship between the two.

   For the GM coming in…
   So, talking actually about talent, skill, intention and effort…What is it about this past season’s team that makes them not a Top 5 team in the East…I saw injuries and illnesses but what didn’t work..Was it the players or maybe inexperienced Coaching?
