How does promise work? If someone I like better dropped do I just forget about the promise? I’m not sure why he’s cancel the work out

He’ll probably go late first early 2nd if he’s got a promise. A prospect cancelling workouts because they have a promise in the 40s would be odd

If my life was based on promises I’d be living under a bridge.

  4. spurs us up to there nonsense again smh taking him with pick one

So who did he workout for that could have promised?

  6. This isn’t too smart tbh.

If you’re not a lottery guy you need to work out for every team out there every chance you get.

Imagine wembanyama is available at like 28 and these guys are like ‘Aw shit we promised Chris Livingston sorry Victor 🤷”

Nerlens Noel when he was told he’d go first in his draft class.

Dude’s gotta get everyone around him gone once he gets drafted.

His best play all year in college was playing the 4, and his people threw a massive fit because they want him to be a SF or even a SG, even though he doesn’t have the shooting nor dribbling abilities.

UDFA deals get earlier and earlier every year

I’ll cancel my next seven workouts in solidarity

  12. Ah yes, everyone knows you quit your job a week before the interview because the bosses said they need someone just like you. /s

He’s a guard, who is bad at literally everything a guard is supposed to do. The only time he was actually decent was at PF but his camp (reportedly) didn’t like him playing the 4 instead of a guard position so he switched back.

He’s a 6’6 PF whose only discernable skill is being a pretty good driver when in a straight line.

If I was a ruthless sociopath wouldn’t you want to promise someone you’ll draft them, so they cancel all work outs, then not draft them and hope you can get ‘em in the second round because they cancelled all other workouts?

Spurs couldn’t pass up this opportunity at the #1 spot

We’ve seen what getting top draft picks from Akron, OH can do for your team… obviously the next Lebron or Curry
