Ok so the only weakness that the Cavs have currently is Experience in the playoffs, Bench Scoring, and a consistent 3 ball (aside from Garland and Mitchell of course). other than that they’re all good honestly.

If job can continually improve his coaching on offense and defense I think it will help improve everyone else even more
