But with KD and the coaching change (Vogel and Westbrook didn’t seem to get along), I don’t think that’s going to happen.

There is no such thing as a travel on inbounds plays. The inbounder is limited in how much he can move, but there’s no pivot foot requirement or any of that stuff.
