  1. The Warriors should draft someone who is tradeable. They need better age balance on the team – that is, they need more 25 – 28 year olds ( they have 2 = Wiggins and Looney) and fewer 20 year olds (they have 5-7 depending on who you count). They need to choose 2-3 young players to keep and package the rest in a trade.

Their biggest need is an athletic, physical, two way, big in his mid 20s. They need to find one on another team and then put together a trade package for him. Everyone is tradeable except Steph.

  2. I don't think he'll be available to us at 19 unfortunately but lively would be a great fit n have fill a role immediately for warriors

  3. I really like Kobe. He's in a weird range where he's clearly a top 14 talent. But I can see a scenario where 1 or 2 major surprises happens like Walker falling or Hendricks going way higher than projected and he's sitting there at 19. If he is idc what the plan is. There is absolutely no way you still take an older guy just because. For 1 age only projects a prospect to be more serviceable sooner. It doesn't guarantee. Perfect example, Grady dick and Jordan Hawkins are gonna be much more service than guys like Jamie Jaquez Jr. Based off shooting alone. It's not about if a guy is a 1 or 4 year player it's about who has a NBA ready skillset. Walker Kessler was so good right away despite modern NBA bigs taking longer to develop because he came in to the NBA with a ready made sense of how to protect the rim. He still needs development but he could do that 1 thing at a high enough level. Kobe Bufkin is a good enough defender and playmaker to produce in a limited role. And I don't mean playmaker in a passing or assist way but in a "he makes plays" type of way. That doesn't mean he will also need years of development. Won't be a 38% shooter or 15 ppg scorer but is a patient and solid ball handler who can make a reas, gritty defender who can cover ground even when he gambles, is crafty around the rim and as a lefty has a pretty looking jumper that I think can turn into something

  4. There is a part of me that just believes Kerr will not play younger guys over vet guys. It doesn't matter how much they show. They will have a short leash. I remember during last year's post season run, he just kept going back to Damion Lee. I love Damion Lee, he hit a game winner that same year in the regular season. Is a solid shooter and hustle guy. But why is he a guy who can make defensive mistakes and go cold from 3 but your talented lottery picks are held to a higher standard? Especially when at that point Mood was making less defensive mistakes and hitting the 3 at a higher rate? He played really good against The Mavs. Him and JK even lead a unsuccessful but impressive comeback in one of those road losses. And Kerr still continued to give Damion Lee the nod. As if he had a right to those minutes not matter what. It's almost as if Kerr looks at it more so theoretically instead of the way it is. Like theoretically Anthony Lamb should make less mistakes and be more ready to contribute. 24 year old mid major forward who had to climb his way into the league over the 20 year old raw lottery pick. But if you watched the regular season you know Lamb made just as many mistakes on both ends as Kuminga. But continued to get the nod. And Kerr clearly realized he wasn't good enough because he played close to 0 minutes in the post season after getting every advantage over the young guys possible during the regular season
