Imagine… just imagine we sign him. Holy fucking shit.

  2. Marinho77

The fact that a majority of this sub wanted the FO to give him a 4/77 extension is wild lmao.
Wood is getting a reality check this FA on his value

  3. DoncicsRoadTo200kg

Id support him coming back just for the memes and chaos lmao

  4. gigantism

Him re-signing with the Mavs would be so fucking funny.

  5. RyceMenace

This easily been the funniest free agency as a Mavericks fan I have ever experienced. Especially if this happens. 😂

  6. Difficult_Dog_2704

Honestly idc, keep or trade. Hes 90% gone by February anyway

  7. Well, well, well, how the turntables. He can come back… for the minimum lmao

  8. thedon041

Jason Kidd in shambles eyeing twitter right now

  9. mypersonalbrowsing

Our missing piece. Championship baby! LMAO!

If we get him on a team friendly deal, I’m good with it, especially since we gave up a first rounder to get him. I think he could be a big scorer off the bench or even a productive starter if he changes his ways.

CHRISTIAN WOOD YOU… ARE A PHOENIX SON

  13. whitefang0824

LOL I can just laugh about it really. Imagine our biggest FA moves are just resigning Kyrie and Powell back and bringing back ex Mavs Seth and Wood.

This is why we really should be building the team through draft. How many failed Free Agency do you guys still need to see to realize that no one wants to come here?

  14. DannyDeBMO

I’ll make myself forget I wanted him gone if we sign thybulle for the defense

  15. adimo1409

For a vet min sure lmao

    Shit is fuckin hilarious

  16. Kingtyrionthe2nd

Funny and sad at the same time but Mavs might have no other option than to run it back and hope the rookies turn into something decent.

He’s great offensively. Like people make fun of him on defense, but he’s borderline an elite offensive big. He had some ELITE games for us this season. That one Lakers game where he had like 24/14/6/5 was fkn nuts.

Fine by me for a bench role/microwave scoring option. He has good chemistry with Hardy.

After this, it’s time for defense acquisitions. I think Nico is having trouble finding suitors to get rid of McGee and Holmes.

Time to prove the doubters again…again…again…again…again…..again…..again….again

  19. Ngl I’d take him back with a full offseason to get him into the game plan the right way he had a stretch where his defense was impressive

I can’t believe we missed out on Ayton, Brooks, Landale, Lopez, Mcdaniels. I guess the only guy we could go after now is clint? Honestly if Looney is up for grabs he’s not bad

  21. clonemusic

    Mavs: *win championship*

Cuban: “We need to shake this shit up”

    Mavs: *11th seed*

Cuban: “Run it the fuck back”

  22. ThoughtsofLee-S

I hope its for a sign and trade please god make it a sign and trade.

  23. Guwigo09

Fuck it I’ll be the one to say: he’s pretty good for what the other options in the market are. He’s also really good friends with Hardy

  24. i’m down if he can at least put in some effort on D and at least 16

  25. jo_nore_mews

Not gonna lie I’d be thrilled to see him back, for real.

  26. nutsygenius

Dude just need to learn to screen, scrap some rebounds, and pass the ball first. Maybe he should try to not look to score and he’ll actually be a net positive LOL

  27. jennyisafriend

As long as Kidd plays him at 4 because he is NOT a 5.
