When we drafted him I was really excited about the idea of him as a jumbo combo guard
He had moments where he ran the show in the G League and showed a bit of that potential
But watching him this summer, I feel even more excited about the idea of him developing as a Boris diao/ thick man’s Andre iguodala style playmaking 4
His combination of physicality and vision could really unlock some interesting stuff down the road. And defensively he already shows some potential of being extremely flexible in that department
We’ll see if he ever gets the combination of coordination and ball handling to be able to survive with the ball in his hands full time, but if not, I feel pretty confident there may be something to him becoming a secondary playmaker out of the front court

His ceiling is a Zion type player if he can fix his shot. His body looks NBA ready and his bb iq is off the charts.
