He’s been great but I always hate catch-all metrics like this
Particularly with small sample size. I’d say Barlow has consistently been one of the best players on the Spurs but I wouldn’t straight up call him the best. Several guys have cases as well.
He’s also got absolutely man handled in the post and made me seriously doubt about his future as a full-time 5
I think he may be more of a combo big moving forward unless he can add some bulk without minimizing his perimeter quickness which is what makes him special defensively
With that said, his mid-range jumpers improvement has been startling and I’m excited about what he could look like in 2 years
