I keep hearing NBA would veto any Lillard trade to Heat. Don’t think that’s entirely true … but it’s what people around league are telling me they foresee.

   This is the first I’ve heard this… what grounds would there be for a veto? If it’s a forced lopsided trade? How would a veto even enter the convo if nothing has been done?
