if you have anthony edwards top 18 imma lose it
how did this leakš
I think brunson is clearly better than kyrie and Ingram rn, but I appreciate the respect for putting him at 21. Also clearly better than jaylen brown
Bro you said happy Tuesday and I got scared
Real ones watched this before #25-22 dropped š
Iām taking Ingram over Jaylen Brown
It depends. Yes if you know basketball.
No if you're influenced by Israelis media.
Theres not 19 players better than ky relax! This is a non hoopers list. The hoopers know.
Kyrie pure Luka and kyrie gotta figure out how to fit in together that with Seth and grant addition they will be good this year
As a Pels fan he always breaks down BI perfectly. He absolutely needs more focus on defense, we need Zion to play so that he doesnāt have as much offensive load
Gotta know. Is that a Starcaster behind you hanging on the wall?
you're consistently way too high on BI
I cant put Ingram over Kyrieā¦not yet at least
21. Kyrie Irving
20. James Harden
19. De'Aaron Fox
No doubt Kyrie under rated. I just smh at some of the things people say about his game. He's a head case yes but a crazy great talent. I'd argue he's the greatest ball handler in league history. If he wasn't so personally unstable he'd be much higher on this list.
ššš
As one of your biggest fans over the past couple of years. I donāt want to ask you one thing and one thing onlyā¦
Please donāt start throwing out things just for clicks and all because of recency bias. Weāve all seen it happen to Nick Wright.
Stay authentic š«±š¾āš«²š½
I say this because Trae Young is definitely better than Brunson š
I love this. BI at 19 just about right
Iām still trying to understand how the star player on the #2 team in the West last year isnāt a top 25 player. I donāt think Ja being hurt in the Lakers series and his off the court BS/suspension negates his talent and ability.
Thx Jason, your doing such a good job.
Brandon Ingram is underrated.
Jalen is Luka-lite.
Kyrie and Ingram so underrated
Quick reminder that Kyrie hasnāt missed work in a long time, when the state of NY isnāt barring him from legally entering the building.
Success or no success, the Mavs are gonna be really fun to watch, if nothing else.
When you factor in their personalities Iām taking Brunson over Kyrie, which would have been a ludicrous proposition not long ago. This is just in terms of trying to build a winning team, obviously Kyrie is more marketable etc. Based on the case Jason makes he might have an argument to be in the top 20 himself. Itās an incredible rise, I remember first becoming aware of him in the 21 playoffs vs the Clips. He has moments of impact but ultimately we shut him down. Now he is cooking everyone.
Lol no Zion and no Ja invalidates this entire list. You kept them off because of āavailability.ā By that same logic, take off Kyrie, AD, Kawhi, etc.
The kyrie disrespect is crazy lol⦠number 20? Heās easily top 12-15 at least
Ingram over kyrie is nuts lol
Jalen Brunson is my dude. Been singing his praises since the 21-22 playoffs when he was carrying the Mavs without Luka. I thought NY got the better player between him and Mitchell.
I knew Jalen Brunson game would translate in the NBA those S|o 2017-18 Villanova team was deep with wings Mikal Bridges & Donte DiVinecenzo they all are balling their ASSES off especially Jalen & Mikal. To add on I think NOVA produced this yearās steal of the draft in Cam Whitmore a lot of teams are going to regret passing on him Nova lowkey has been producing straight up ballers over the years Josh Hart & Eric Paschall are great role players to add a couple more!
"gets to the rim more than Kevin Durant" I wonder if Brandon tore his achilles if he would be getting to the rim as much lmao
One more quick comment aimed at Jason. I wonder why you keep saying the Nuggets are the 'exception that proves the rule' that teams that aren't elite defensively don't win chips. When you have a historically great offense in the regular season you don't need a great defense to rack up wins. But the Nuggets created a roster with AG, KCP, Bruce Brown and Christian Braun and schemes that highlighted the defensive strengths of other players to create a top 5 playoff defense. So a historically great offense combined with a top 5 playoff defense won the chip. How does that 'violate' the rule? You seem over focused on the regular season.
Bro what lmaoo did this man just say Kyrie a better version of Jalen Brunson šI want to know what type of drugs this dude been taking on vacation you donāt disrespect Kyrie like that and I understand what he trying to say but my guy donāt mention Jalen Brunson with Kyrie kai is one of one
Love these rankings Jason!
Another great video and another big disagreement.
I am tired of Kyrie making top 20 lists. He's just not available enough, and is an absolute cancer. If you just consider the basketball he plays, then you're right…. but he's not there enough. If you are trying to win (which is your biggest criteria) Kyrie will not be there when you need him.
Unlike Mr. Timpf, I do agree with what Kyrie does off the court (flat earth aside). I'm not even a huge Kyrie fan, but that guy has more of a backbone than the rest of the league combined.
Brunson owns mitchell sadly. Owned utah without doncic.
I agree w everything heās saying abt these guys but I wish he compared these guys a little more to justify the rankings bc it seems like he believes kyrie does everything that Ingramās does but gets downhill better. Why is Ingram higher on the list? Is it the off court stuff? Bc despite kyrieās quirky-ness Ingram is on the court less often it seems
Ingram: 21, Kyrie: 20, Brunson: 19
BRUNSON TOO COLD
I'm very glad you're giving Brunson the respect he deserves here. I think working with Kerr, Spo and Lue during FIBA and running this team of young stars is going to elevate his playmaking and his offensive arsenal will translate well during World Cup
