Man Jalen Brunson is a beauty in FIBA ball. I couldn’t watch much, but this group of guys really feels like they want to adapt to FIBA a lot more than last one. and boy can you see how individually better they are. USA will be a team to beat unlike last world cup. and you’ll witness what a monster FIBA ball luka is. I really fucking appreciate that I can see this level of talent playing FIBA type of ball. NBA talent is simply absurd

I feel like the second unit plays better than the first. Reaves Hali Portis Cam just demolish every second unit
Paolo was dominant on both ends. If you have time rewatch the 2 games. Paolo is elite defensively so far these 2 games, so many correct little things, correct hedges, correct switches, great zone coverages, stopping a 3v1 fastbreak this game and stopping a 3v2 fastbreak last game. This is a defensive masterclass. Also offensively nobody can guard Paolo, and he is making the right pass as the field general, calling plays and screens, and making many hockey assists. He is also making essentially every shot he gets, just he barely gets the ball. Paolo could start but to bench him is ridiculous unless there was some type of dispute. Maybe he gets more minutes tomorrow vs Spain.
