A risk could be the difference between turning an obvious Suggs pick into a steal in Scottie, or a shocking Bruno pick instead of Capela, which let’s face it, besides Capela, is there anyone taken within the next 20 picks people hated us missing out on?

Extreme project pick and in theory would have been better to take him over DeAndre Daniels with the SRP but there were no other super obvious picks behind him. Clint Capela but the team had JV and other centers. I guess Kyle Anderson might have been a better pick as well. The other problem was the team didn’t have a g-league program at the time

No seriously, I think he could be ok off the bench as a stretch 5. He’s got long arms, can block shots, shoot open 3s, and dunk it.
3 years before he’s 30. Wouldn’t be the worst player to explore on a minimum contract.
