    > Azotam informed the Knicks of an offer to work for the Raptors in July, at which time he began **“secretly forwarding proprietary information from his Knicks email account to his personal Gmail account, which he then shared with the Raptors Defendants. These materials included scouting reports, play frequency reports, a prep book, and a link to third-party licensed software,”** the lawsuit reads.

    Bro, come on.

GDTs bout to be salty against both teams ESPECIALLY if we lose a pick or two 🤣

The employee being dumb is prob easy for the raps but that last tweet is pretty damning. If true we def lose picks

Our FO is so faded we’re trying to steal secrets from the Knicks of all teams

  4. Annual_Sprinkles1129

Why steal from the knicks of all teams?

  5. I wonder how often this really goes on part of me feels like it’s pretty common occurrence everyone steals from everyone else. It’s just this time the Knicks weren’t cool with it.

It just makes everything 10 times more hilarious the fact that it’s the fucking Knicks

    Edit*
After reading the entire story he told them he was leaving in July and then a little over a month later they file a lawsuit. I think the only way they could have found out anything was checking his sent emails. Which I can’t imagine is SOP for everytime someone leaves. It seems like they thought he was up to something shady and checked immediately after he left.

why would the raptors organization give any shits about proprietary knicks information anyway lol.

“how do we become a team thats only made the playoffs twice in over a decade?”

  7. gamblewizard98

If the raptors lose a 1st because of this, I could see ownership wanting to move on from the FO, or at least let go a major piece of it (e.g. firing Bobby or masai, whichever one they attribute all the recent mistakes to).

It’s pretty clear the FO has lost all the goodwill from 2019, and is being judged solely on their current performance. This mishap, plus the obvious mistakes over the last two trade deadlines could be enough for the board to move on.

  8. peroper7

Yeah, this won’t last long under scrutiny

Employee might be out of a job though

  9. drewtheblueduck

Man if we lose a draft pick for this, we are fucked lol

  10. Friendly-Target8815

The season hasn’t even started. Not sure how we could have used it to benefit the team already.

  11. Ylissian

This is embarrassing for the organization. Really bad look. Why do they need to steal data from another team? And of all teams, the Knicks? Really?

  12. thenewoldschool55

When did Masai turn into Bill Belichick?

  13. Bye bye picks. LMAO this franchise is cooked for the next 5 years.
