Ball handling, passing was atrocious. Mills and Ingles in particular. Daniels and Goulding sit out the game. What the f*** is wrong with Goorjian ?? Does he hate these players??? They needed a run leading into Paris. Shooting was reasonable. We needed to have done this from Game 1 instead of being so timid ! Huge mistake to not have brought another big to the tournament. Coaching blunder !! Reath and Thon Maker together. Goulding with some playing time and a damn coach that got his rotations right this might have looked very different. The learning from this disaster, we need to beat teams like Germany , Lithuania , Serbia and Slovenia, to have a crack at the US and Canada. Kay needs to not be on this squad. He's too slow for the up tempo game we need to play. I like Trevor Gleeson . He's as dumbfounded at some of the coaching decisions as we all have been. Hopefully he gets to drive this team in the future. Need to motivate our guards to shoot !! Stop dicking around with the ball. Green needs to be a scoring option. Giddey to improve his 3 ball. Take some pressure off Mills . World Cup is a bigger tournament. We need to be better prepared in the future. Playing weaker teams in warm up games does nothing. It gives a false impression of where we're at.
We needed a lead in like the Olympics. Playing the US. Nigeria, Argentina.

This team is full of young NBA players at their prime. The problem isn't about the players but rather the way they were coached in this FIBA games.
The rotation and player usage is atrocious….
They need a new coach moving towards Paris 2024 or else, it will have the same outcome as FIBA 2023.

Patty getting old. There's probably a reason he didn't play alot of minutes for Brooklyn last season. Fadeaway jump shots are low percentage. Missing Jock in the centre too.
