We have Drake in Toronto – and Damien wants to be a Rapper (actually has dropped a few good albums… Drake is the Raptors Ambassador…. and we have the Weeknd here. I think he could see Toronto as a good destination with a little help from these two Rappers. Don't discount these side issues.
