This is in response to another post of the video claiming D Wade credits Kobe for his reason to call Bron to form the Heatles. And yet here he is telling Kevin Garnett the Celtics were the only sole reason.

The reality is Wade likes to talk, and he generally likes to be complimentary to whoever he is talking to and whoever he is talking about. Because that’s what players generally do when they go on each others podcasts or talk shows or interviews.

I know Kobe stans have been loving the “Wade says Kobe was the reason!!” though lol

Both events were such pivotal moments for me as a young fan at the time.

I remember 2008, it was honestly shocking to see. No way would it have ever happened with any other team imo. Kevin Mchale helped out his old franchise and KG in a sense because he knew what was coming with that trade. Al Jefferson ended up becoming a solid player but still.

Nothing beats Miami joining forces. I remember when Bosh announced his decision earlier. I was so mad. I remember my mom asking me what Lebron will do, and about the rumors that he could join Miami. I said no way is he going to the Heat, he can beat Wade and Bosh by himself (a scenario I was creating in my head because I was so salty Bosh left). Next thing I knew the man announces he’s heading to south beach. My jaws just dropped lol.

except those guys are over their 30s when they teamed up. Yall teamed up in the middle of your prime

  4. I know people hate the principle of the decision or whatever but the reality was the Heat were largely disappointing considering the talent on paper and by the time they won two rings it was Lebron doing most of the heavy work with a declining Bosh and a Wade succumbing to injuries.

The reality was Lebron was the best player in the NBA by 2007 alongside CP3 according to nearly all advanced stats and his team were letting him down. A KG situation or seek a trade? Obvious option.
