Man, Mal, no doing this during the season ๐. I saw Volk pulling on your shooting arm for that arm bar. Got me nervous. Iโve snapped tendons in my elbow rolling trying to fight off submission attempts. I donโt blame you for liking Jitz. I started in 2014. Great workout
