Man, Mal, no doing this during the season π. I saw Volk pulling on your shooting arm for that arm bar. Got me nervous. Iβve snapped tendons in my elbow rolling trying to fight off submission attempts. I donβt blame you for liking Jitz. I started in 2014. Great workout
