It's more about what Dame can accomplish on another team that he hasn't already done in Portland such as a championship, And which team is willing to make a hefty buy to get one.
I would guess that as Portland gets more desperate to move him and Miami refuses to up their offer, that well hear more and more of other teams that might be in on trade, just as a tactic to increase his trade value
