  1. Larry, the Warriors got instantly better defensively when they traded Poole. JP was one of the worst defenders in the league.

  2. Larry: did not know you cover the Warriors as well? I'm a new subscriber even though I know of you for awhile. Hmmmm took the 9ers doing so well to finally take me away from my devotion to the Dubs.

  3. Great analysis Larry – mainly wondering how Warriors will do against teams with outstanding bigs – Denver, Bucks, SA, Lakers (with both AD Lebron Rui on the floor).

  4. Why would we assume that the Dubs would go away from what has worked for them for years? As soon as G League season opens, Podz is going down so he can play 30 minutes a game in the Dubs' offense, that's why they got Cory Joseph (assuming his back is fine). If anything TJD would get more in season minutes because be learns fron the CP3 Pick and roll and adds 5 more fouls to the 5 position (assuming he looks good, but he's going to the G League too).

  5. I also don't think that they care too much about winning lots of games (they've won 73 and lost it all). I think they just try for a seed that keeps them out of the play in and avoids Sacramento.

  6. Larry I would take your Jack Hammer vids down its bad look being with someone like that who was lying about his identity to hide his dark past.

  7. If the starters were in the whole game the Lakers would’ve won. This ain’t the Niners y’all warriors fan are like the cowboys of the NBA 🤣

  8. Larry, every year Warriors fans see a young promising player and think "hey this kid needs to play a lot, hey he's good"…but they don't know the NBA. Young rookies don't play on teams trying to contend. That's not how the NBA works.

  9. Larry, noticed you didn't mention Dario Saric. I was curious on your impression of him against a typical "Big" Western Conference front court in A. Davis and J. Hayes.

Btw, looks like the Lakers found a player in Castleton.

  10. How you calling people ancient? A person can play as long as they feel & I don't see Steph slowing down anytime soon. You are trying to analyze preseason games, this is where coaches try out different starters & positions to see what they need to do to improve their roster. You have young guys on every team in the NBA so your point? We know why the NBA rules came into play & we know who everybody want to win this year but it is not going to happen. Why did the Lakers have to buy up everybody in free agency this year? So whiny Lebron can look good. All of a sudden everybody bringing the disrespect this year to a team that has proven themselves & don't need your approval or anybody else's to do what they do. Theirs nothing else that needs to be proved by the Warriors. How many teams you know played with the same players over 10 years & have 4 rings? The disrespect & the hatred is real.

  11. That’s kid can play but don’t get it mixed up.. versus a Klay and Curry he don’t hold a candle to them.. especially when they still can play at this up tempo level.. You need to remember it’s preseason.. Last time Dubs won the chip it was an older squad with addition of Poole and that was pretty much it..

  12. Paul is better than Poole on defense at 38 which is extremely sad on Pooles end. And the only thing that Podz reminds me of his that he’s white and has red hair

  13. It's all about what his role is Larry, he was the main ball-handler and scorer on the summer league team, that's not his game at all, the attention was all on him, he's at his best(similar to the Donte divincenzo role) playing within the flow of an offense/read and react plays, perfect role-player/distributor within the warriors system (not as an iso scorer)

  14. TJD still needs some time to develop. He has to improve shooting, especially threes. He should also get bigger. In 2 years, he will be good backup 4/5
