The 5 highest scorers per game in the league played in 66, 66, 58, 68, and 63 games. No one that scored more points per game than Ant played in more games.

It’s an intriguing/interesting stat, but empty when his shooting splits were solid. It’d obviously be very alarming if he had the most missed shots AND terrible efficiency, but that wasn’t the case.

4th in makes, 2nd in attempts. Luka was 3rd and 3rd. Tatum was 2nd and 1st. Basically it’s super normal to miss a shit-ton of shots when you play a lot and are the number 1 option.
Sure it’d be nice if the makes ranking was higher than the attempts ranking, but it’s pretty damn close, and a great sign of things to come that he was right there with Tatum and Luka – especially considering he was 21 years old.
