What's the purpose of this in-season tournament? bragging rights?
MarJon got to play more minutes, the guy is ready to step up. Last year he was extremely hesitant, this year he has improved in all areas plus he doesn't seem to give a f..k. Giannis has lost muscle volume and (subsequently) strength conpared to 2-3 years ago and still pretends to be the freightrain he was back then, half of the times he attacks the rim he gets bounced back by stronger bigs. Either he has to bulk up again (which is dangerous cause he approaches 30 and has to preserve his health), or completely change his offencive mindset and become an off- ball threat, giving Dame the central stage as far as scoring is concerned. More Giannis – Dame pick n' role with Dame as the finisher ASAP! Khris seems to be more than Ok, he plays less minutes than he will in the future but seems to have someway get rid of his problems. PC has become a problem, we sould trade him for nothing. Beauchamp is a much better choice for back up SG, if not a starter later on in the season.
I can’t tell if giannis ain’t putting too much effort as of late or if his athletic ability and strength is lessening. But also too I don’t see the hunger in him no more. His low scoring lately is one thing but 3 games in a row with less than 10 boards is concerning. He needs to step up and be the mvp he is. He is how this teams gets to the next level
Bucks had very high effort defense but couldn’t buy a board. 2nd 3rd 4th chance shots kept it close.
