people really think Jrue was all that on defense😭 he got cooked all last season and even in the playoffs. he is not draymond where he coordinates the defense for everyone. Its clearly on the coaching staff why the defense is how it is right now. The players even had to tell the new coach what they like IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME
Bucks defense is bottom! All their games so far are very bad defensively down the stretch! Last night was an example of failure to win even though Giannis has 54 pts game and still lost!

The defensive issues has nothing to do with Dame/Jrue it’s more about coaching and scheme. The bucks were great defensively before Jrue even got there. Also the idea that teams are hunting Dame is completely false, everybody has been getting blown past especially Brook when they were initially trying to get him to press up on the pick & roll.
Giannis wasting his talent on the bucks. Gotta come to the lakers!
Need to get rid off griffin ASAP, this coach doesn’t know what he is doing, we could see, he is not capable for this championship caliber team. So frustating to watch

The comments here are crazy…Dame hasn't played this one, yet we are talking his defence. We were up 10+ 3 minutes before the end. We collapsed because…well, we always collapse when we try to close games last few minutes. Dame is fixing that and we walk with a W if he played. Is our defence problematic now? Yes, AG tries a LOT of stuff. My only problem is that when you get a team like Bucks that already plays great defence AND looses Jrue, you try to minimise damage by NOT changing a LOT of stuff, let the guys who know their drills go there. AG decided to try a defence that utilises a LOT of energy and his players never played. By January, he should either make it work, or stop and change completely to the previous scheme.
