And because LakerFilmRoom is a Laker employee he couldn’t say it in that podcast but its glaringly obvious that Darvin Ham has no idea what he’s doing and never has.

If you can’t hit a good % of 3s as a team for like a month straight, do you as a Coach reorient the offense to more stuff geared toward the basket and/or a change of pace?
Or do you keep hammering away at the same strat waiting for things to regress to the mean because that’s the way the game is played in the modern NBA?
Honest question. Can you even make such a big offensive adjustment midseason after working on sets and getting reps in during training camp and the preseason?

They did nothing to upgrade their roster, their two best players are aging stars, and pretty much everybody in the west got better.
