  1. Mailbag question: Do you think if Naz Reid and Jaden Macdaniels played last season in the first round vs Denver that the outcome of that series would be different?

  2. Let’s talk Big contract when it comes to AR…. Is it big ? No it’s not he ranks 130 ranked between Richaun Holmes and Herb Jones!!! The are good players but was AR’s contract Big or very under paid??? He is way underpaid…

  3. Mailbag: If you're Gretchen Sheirr, you'd have to appreciate what Ime Udoka has done with the team this year; I don't think anyone saw them even as a play-in group. Now, you have the Nuggets, the Wolves, the Thunder, the Kings, the Pelicans, and the Mavericks as potential problems in the next few years. What do you think the front office of a franchise like this needs to do to bolster its position (moving forward) in a stacked conference?

  4. i agree a reeves is better than that guy said but the sample size isnt even a whole szn yet. i think its fair to question if he's rly as good he was last yr. d lo had a great yr in bk but he hasnt been the same guys since

  5. Last 3 games of their streak the Orlando defense really faltered, but the nets game was also the second night of a home/away back to back so somewhat of a schedule loss. Hopefully it helps them get re-motivated and able to lock back in on D

  6. T-Wolves and Lakers had the most momentum at the end of last regular season, to the point both teams went into overtime in the first play-in against each other and argument for the T-Wolves losing was “Well Jaden McDaniels was injured.” I don’t think the T-Wolves’ jump should be that surprising either since all but one game against the Nuggets series were all very close.

  7. Cleveland over New York makes no sense to me. Knicks also won 7 out of their last 10. Cleveland is the only top 10 East team with a negative point differential, Knicks are 3rd in the East in point difference. We also have a win over Cleveland this season. Knicks are top 3 in defensive rating, last I check the #1 offensive rebounding team…at the very least top 3, and we’re tied with Philly for 4th in the East. Bad omission in my opinion.

  8. I’d put T-Wolves above Miami and Lakers on how to stop the Nuggets. One if the few teams that has the size and athleticism to guard us, and AntMan is a bucket. I think Nuggets are favored in every series, but I pad give T-Wolves a higher chance to beat us than anyone else in the league.

  9. How on earth do you talk about how a team could give Denver issues and NOT mention the team they actually said give them the most trouble AND handed them their first loss this season…the Timberwolves! They literally already have exactly what you said the Lakers would need to challenge the Nuggets (a defensive big to challenge Joker and elite/great perimeter defenders in McDaniels, Edwards and NAW). Crazy you didn’t even use them as the template. 🤔🤷🏽‍♂️

  10. The thing with Austin Reeves is called scouting and game planning. Things change when you’re a bigger part of the offense

  11. Mailbag question:

Im also an avid "the lakers need to trade dlo" lebron fan but he has accounted for the most passes to Anthony davis on the team this year with around 30% of the passes AD receives coming from dlo he also is a team leader in deflections and the teams best volume 3pt shooter so far this season.

What do u think the lakers would have to do to supplement his production in a trade? Is it simply lebron reaves and eventually gabe vincent are gonna have to force the ball down to AD/ perimeter shooters hitting more shots or do u think they need to bring back a playmaker when they eventually move on from DLO?

I agree DLO is likely getting traded but hes been surprisingly good for them this season imo

  12. The fact that the wolves haven't beaten the Celtics in there only head to head. Should make the wolves №1

  13. Mailbag question; Jason You always mention at the start of every season how the league continues to be stacked and better yearly and how the previous nba champs are gonna have to accomplish bigger goals than the year that they won the chip and so I am curious as to why you believe that every team needs to be at the level they were when they won the chip to be able to win another chip. For example the warriors, you mention how wiggins and klay need to play like the 2022 season to be able to win this year but the truth like you mentioned is that everyone else got way better at this point and so will that still be enough ?

  14. Timberwolve fan here 👋

If you explain why the Timberwolves are better this year without mentioning RUDY GOBERT, you clearly don't watch the Timberwolves.

Yes ANT has gotten 10% better. Yes KAT has figured out his new roll on the team. But ultimately the biggest difference from this year to last year is RUDY GOBERT'S dominance. He is healthier this year and more comfortable playing with his new teammates. RUDY IS A COMPLETE GAME-CHANGER.

  15. Mailbag question! It's a relatively close ROTY race this year. In your opinion, what will be the difference maker that gives chet or vic the edge?

  16. mailbag question: Hey Jason long time listener. What should the suns do with Nurk? He's been playing decent ball but can't stop a cold. Do we look to move him and a role player for a better rim protecter or stay in this all offence all the time scheme and hope that jump shooting wins out

  17. Mailbag question: Rick Carlisle IS doing Magic with the pacers, why he could not do the same with the Mavs? ( For me Luka and Tyrese have the same type of playing "ball dominant")

  18. Tatum ain't winning a chip. He is stat padding rebounds. Just watch the game vs. Pacers , instead of guarding perimeter, he is in the paint, and AL Harvord is forced to run out and cover the perimeter and the shooting guards. Any team with good shooting will be a problem for Celtics

  19. And then celtics lost to Indiana, I know there was no Porzingis but this team just doesn't feel like it will ever be at a point where they can win more than one or two playoff series again. Tatum has also fallen off a cliff especially defensively, eye test wise he's a bottom tier defender at this point.

  20. Mailbag: Hey Jason, I want your opinion on the players that played for team USA this year. It seems as if all of the starters have made really good to great strides this year (BRANDON INGRAM, AUSTIN REAVES, TYRESE HALLIBURTON JALEN BRUSON ETC). Do you think playing some of the world's best helped them raise their ceilings in the NBA, and if so do you think it's sustainable or fluke-ish in your opinion.

  21. MAILBAG QUESTION: Where do you rank Klay Thompson in the all time SG rankings. He is honestly the hardest player to rank all time for me personally

  22. First half Warriors: NBA champs 2024

Second half Warriors: not even a play-in team. 😅😢

Hope they find their balance and end up at like the 5 or 4th spot. 😊

  23. Lol boston is cartoon bro 😂 Minnesota alone can be with Denver in top teams. No light the bim no Oklahoma wtf 🤣

  24. Hahahahahahahahahaha Boston can win like Phenix max 2 games against Denver what are you talking about Jason? Boston is not that team bro. If 3 don't go what they're doing then???😂

  25. wtf is tht title wat a fanboy.. JT aint nothin without his team bruh and he is Co owner with JB both of em hv to be on for us to win it all!

  26. I don’t think you been watching warrior games Jason, the last three games they have blown 20 point leads, only reason no one talks about the first one against the clippers is because they found a way to still win the game but giving up the lead is still unacceptable. The warriors can’t keep a consistent effort for a whole game and thats not a reason for concern? This team is just not it this year.
