0:00 Moses Moody postgame at LA Clippers on what happened in the second half: “We had to execute down the stretch. They hit some shots … a lot of tough shots.”
0:14 on what they tried to do when the momentum shifted: “…composure, following the game plan. We had a really good scout before the game. So just following that … stay composed through the trials and tribulations.”
0:36 on how he feels after a loss like this: “Yeah, it’s kind of easier to build off of a loss … seeing what we did wrong, seeing what we need to fix. I think it’ll be good for us in the future.”
0:49 on being able to start and close games: “…different looks … it’s an experience. It’s just things to learn from … every situation is just basketball, at the end of the day…”
1:17 on how this loss compares to the one at Sacramento: “Similar … different games, different atmospheres, but just being able to close and figuring that out…”
1:32 on if the game changed due to adjustments or was it simply that they made shots: “Yeah, I’ll probably say it came down to we missed some shots, had some empty possessions. They played well. I don’t know necessarily if they made many adjustments, but I mean, they played well.”
1:53 on James Harden deciding to take over: “Yeah, he did. He did. He was more aggressive in the third quarter. I guess we had to adjust and they got a lot of different weapons. So being able to game plan against all of them.”
2:18 on where his growth has come from since his rookie season in terms of being efficient (60% FGP) and having superstars around him: “Yeah, good question. Just knowing the situation, seeing the situation and making the game easy, not complicating things. Every team is gonna give you certain looks, give you certain shots and taking those, taking the right ones, creating offense, but just simplifying the game and slowing everything down. That’s probably the biggest thing.”
3:00 Brandin Podziemski postgame at LA Clippers on how this loss compares with the one at Sacramento: “For me, you kind of get lost in the moment and I looked up and I’m like, ‘Oh, we’re only up eight now.’ So it didn’t really feel like the Sacramento game, just because Sacramento, like you could feel it, like they were coming back. But for them tonight, they were just kind of chipping away. Chipping, chipping and you look up and you’re only up five, now you’re up four, now you’re down…”
3:28 on being called on to close the game: “I mean, as a competitor that’s what you live for…”
3:53 on what he’s learning after losing leads to the Kings and the Clippers: “Yeah, and I think for us tonight when they started coming back, we started pressing and sometimes we tried to get the best shot instead of the kind of the first shot. And I think in the first half, we were just free-flowing…”
4:30 on this loss of not hitting quite as hard as the one in Sacramento: “In-Season Tournament versus not…”
5:00 on what is the biggest thing he’s learned from Steph: “Yeah, just being poised and not letting any outside noise kind of get to you. Steph, the amount of stuff he has to go through on a daily basis and stuff he has to deal with, just blocking that out and staying poised in the moment…”
5:22 on what his philosophy is that he lives by as a person: “…Just staying true to myself and know what got me here and know what’s gonna keep me here.”
5:35 on why he comes out every time when Steph is working out: “Yeah, I mean, he’s the greatest player in my position, ever. So to have that at my fingertips every single day, people would pay endless amounts of money to watch that and I get to watch it for free every day…”
6:24 on Draymond saying rookies don’t blow up plays and how he did it Thursday night against the Clippers: “Well, I think I fit this team perfectly, just in the fact that I’m not the most athletic above-the-rim athlete. But I’m smart, I see the game…”
6:58 on going to Santa Clara and people like Jalen Williams and himself coming out of a mid-majors and then playing on top-talent team and still making an impact: “Yeah, I think due to the transfer portal and stuff like that, just kind of wherever you get the opportunity to shine…”
7:50 on how he decided when to go for the strip on Harden: “Yeah, I was just thinking of him scoring the ball, getting past me… hard to guard guys like that, just because they do a good job of manipulating the rules…”

  2. Kerr seems to take heat for sticking w the aging core of this team. But you know what? That “aging core” has given him, ( and us fans ) four rings… I respect his loyalty to them. And I’m slightly ashamed of the fan base for thinking if you don’t win a championship then you just cut or trade players like they did nothing for you. These guys have given me more joy watching them play this last decade than I can put into words. Im thinking maybe all these “fire Kerr/trade Klay” fans should just shut up and just say thank you instead?

  3. Warriors are getting better and better for every game. Keep giving the young guys minutes, they bring a different energy! Nice to have a deep squad with different player types for different opposition. I wouldn't worry if I was Kerr to have a set in stone rotation. We believe! Let's go Dubs!

  4. heya, if anyone in the warriors orginazation reads this. We still believe completely in this team. We have no doubt you guys will become a consistent machine and when it all clicks a can't wait to see how the nba reacts

  5. It’s so nice to come here and read comments that are positive it’s refreshing because I haven’t and won’t lose faith that we’re a force to be reckoned with. We peak at the right time

  6. Losing 20-pt leads twice in just a few days, looks to me like they're running out of gas in the 4th quarter. With several key players out with injuries it's surprising to me that coach Kerr hasn't opened up the rotations a little bit more. Could TJD play a few minutes for instance? There are some pretty good shooters warming that bench too. But i'm just a skeptical fan. Seems like it was pretty obvious when the shots stopped falling that you had a pretty exhausted group that you were trying to ride to the finish …

  7. In high school Latin I learned something from living my life playing college sports , pro football with my studies to. I'm a retired metallurgist with one company for 26 years. Amatvictoriacuram "Success loves preparation." I love the Golden State Warriors from top to bottom. Keep preparation for success your game plan each day. Continue to believe in each other and the coaching Staff. A fifth ring will come.

  8. Boston Celtics lost to the Indianapolis Pacers this evening. Honestly, that made my day. The Celtics I know thought they were going to get $500K for each player. Happy for the Pacers. Love to see the Sacramento Kings win because of their head coach a former Warriors coach with Warriors Championship rings 😊
