BREAKING NEWS: The New York Knicks are bringing back veteran forward and Tom Thibodeau favorite Taj Gibson on a 1-Year deal, as first reported by Woj. With Mitchell Robinson going down with injury and the Knicks needing more depth for the front court, a move had to be made. The signing apparently was heavily influenced by Tom Thibodeau as well. This team has not improved over last year. It cannot be a championship team with these types of moves. You have a bevy of draft picks, most of which you cant even use, and Taj Gibson is the best you can do? It also submarines Sims who must feel he is being ignored and not given a real chance. This is a Tom Thibs pickup. He will live or die with it. My guess is this is Toms last chance.
