The game of Basketball has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I grew up as a kid watching my dad’s recorded VHS tapes of playoff games through the 70s and 80s, and collected all the Basketball cards. Something about the game and what it represents just hooked me from a very young age.
My love for the game only continues to grow as time goes on. I love studying and analyzing the game, with an unbiased perspective. Feel free to subscribe, follow me on social media, and celebrate this amazing game and it’s rich history with me!
I post videos every week on NBA history, predictions, hypothetical scenarios and current NBA topics.

  1. What do you think? Are they breaking the longest streak record? Will they end the season with the worst record EVER??

  2. Someone in the comments of a Commissioner Dynamo video asked basically this: "Would you rather be the Pistons who are receiving media attention for being so bad or would you rather be a below average team like the Hornets who get no media attention because they are not good enough or bad enough to deserve it?"

It's odd to me that people like you have said that this is the most talented era of NBA history because we have never seen two double digit loosing streaks happen at the same time with the Pistons and the Spurs, who cracked their streak. I would love to see both teams elite again.

  3. I think it's only a matter of time until Detroit cracks a 30 losses streak. They aren't just really bad. They are disheartened. What's worse is the close loss to the Hawks featured an amazing performance by Cade. If that couldn't get it done, what can? I don't think this Pistons team has players who know how to finish. They aren't good at anything. Monty Williams is a low character fraud who threw Ayton under the bus to cover for his own flaws. (Not a defense of Ayton, either. It's just inexcusable behavior for a head coach.) In short, this team is a mess without the leadership necessary to overcome difficulties. They always seem to wilt in the moment.

Looming large over all of this is the Pistons don't even appear to have a coherent plan as to how they are building their team around Cade. Other rebuilding teams like the Thunder, Rockets, Jazz, and Magic have shown direction and varying degrees of promise. I don't even understand the kind of team the Pistons are trying to build. All this falls back to Troy Weaver.

  4. The real question is, if they do keep this pace up, which of those three (9-73 Sixers, 7-59 Bobcats, and the current Pistons) is the genuine worst team of all time? The Sixers obviously own the worst record, the Bobcats basically got obliterated every time an even half respectable big was playing them, and the Pistons look terrible.

  5. Honestly mine as well go for the record itll make it better if they manage to fix it all and win a ring lol

  6. its strange because aside from their lack of shooting i think the current pistons roster is more talented than that awful bobcats squad, but on the court they are just as bad because they dont fit together at all and look unprepared defensively. i guess they will probably be a lot better with bogdanovic back in the mix, but they are truly awful as a team

  7. The bobcats tanked to get AD but at least they aimed for something and this pistons team was supposed to be not this bad 😅

  8. i think that if they want to change anything, theyre ironically going to need to get rid of monty williams. hes been awful this year, and when you have a record like this i feel like you shouldnt be given benefit of the doubt

  9. As a lifelong Pistons fan this has to be the worst of the worst. I blame Monty Williams. He openly said he took the job because of the money. If this squad has single digit wins by ASW he should be fired.

  10. As the old saying goes…

Records are meant to be broken

The Detroit Pistons meanwhile are trying to Superglue their broken Records back together 😂🏀

  11. Given that horrendous performance doesn’t equate to better draft picks, I suggest that draft order must be decided by a pool of manatees with a bunch of balls that have different team logos printed on them. It would be more fair than ping pong balls.

  12. If you struggling with shooting then you need to take higher percentage shots and tip in’s and rebound offensively and defensively if the pistons could do those little things they would have won at least 5+ more than they have but when Stewart has 4 points and 4 rebounds after 3 quarters and Bagley has granted 17 points but 1 rebound it’s no surprise that your star players combine for almost 70 points and yet you still lose

  13. The other 29 teams will treated their games versus Pistons as game 7 of a playoff, they don't want to get embarassed by losing to the worst team in the history.
