Are you just asking who we are keeping by the upcoming trade deadline? Or for years to come? Because it wouldn’t surprise me in the least bit to see the roster completely overhauled in like the next 3 seasons

I’d probably try to package Claxton and dinwiddie together to get back maximum assets. Also part with either Royce or DFS too (preferably Royce).
There’s no point being a play in team with hardly any upward mobility in the NBA we gotta make some moves. Also we have too many guys deserving of minutes rn I’d like to see Jalen Wilson and even Clowney in the rotation rn.

We have to somehow get rid of that Ben Simmons contract. Taking up that much cap space to clap on the side lines is insane.

Ideally, trade DFS and Royce. Trade Spencer if a good deal is on the table, otherwise resign him to a good number this offseason and trade him down the road. Keep Clax but listen to offers and if someone overpays, move him. Do not give away assets just to get off of the Simmons deal, he’s close enough to expiring at this point to just wait it out.
Seems clear to me we should be sellers more than buyers given how this team has played as of late. But we should not completely bottom out either.

100% trade Din, Royce and Clax.
I’d listen on everyone else at this point. If someone wants to overpay for CJ, Mikal or CT, you have to at least consider it.
Give the young guys more time and find a real coach.

It really depends on the direction we’re going. I can definitely see a scenario where we re-sign Clax and Royce then trade Cam, Ben’s expirings and picks for Mitchell.
I’m not sure if Mitchell is the guy but a guy that creates enough gravity would do a lot to help Mikal and Clax. Clax’s value specifically as he can’t create at all but if he had someone like Trae Young he might be an all-star.
Mitchell with one year left and no hope of extending the price shouldn’t be exorbitant. The Hawks look awful so if they keep losing maybe Trae asks out. Who knows maybe Lamelo demands out of Charlotte
