I hate these revisionist assholes. Who do they think they’re fooling?

  2. DBlackIce

Not surprised they’re not gonna openly admit to a fuck up. Why would they everybody but us is gonna forget about this in a few days so 🤷‍♂️. Fuck the league tho

  3. Safe_Look_1640

In what world is a hit to the head during an NBA game considered incidental?

  4. Faliberti

i mean, they were never going to say differently than the ruling after review, that would be a terrible look. but how is any contact to the head ever minimal. You literally move a persons head throwing of their vision/focus, nevermind the fact that its not even a blocked or dislodged ball, brown kept control.

  5. nibbinoo8

time to just move on at this point. it’s probably gonna get worse as betting companies get bigger.

  6. HailKyrie

Funniest part is they said the Porzingis foul was incorrect and should’ve been a no call lmao

  7. CofTheEast

They do this all the time I’m not even suprised. The L2M is biased joke

  8. npboretti

Is it just me or does this explanation basically say that all contact is basically not a foul cause most of the time it’s in an effort to make a defensive play?

  9. pwilkens

The big story here is that JB literally directly ASKED the red “did he hit my head” and the red said no. Changing stories.

  10. KennyWop1612

They also said that Porzingis’ block attempt was legal. Before the Porzingis block, Miles Turner also committed two offensive fouls; one on Brown and another on White. Fucking refs need to be held accountable.

  11. Objective_Breath7358

So you can foul. As long as you touch the ball.
    Got it !

  12. Realistic_Figure7796

Lol what did y’all expect it to say the refs were wrong our bad look who the report comes from the league

  13. Lopsided-Wear7987

They doubled down. The balls on these guys.

  14. Full-Flight-5211

It was a joke to begin with. Let’s all move onto the Twolves who we owe an ass whopping to!

  15. Zdoon_dnes

Since when does contact have to be purposeful to be considered a foul? 99 percent of defensive fouls in the NBA are called because of inadvertent contact on a defensive play. To call the play on Brown a non-foul, and then slip in the comment about the Porzingis call being incorrect is a kick in the nuts. This shit needs to be investigated.

  16. Otherwise-Career-538

Didn’t the refs outright say there was NO contact? Where’s this incidental contract suddenly coming from?

  17. Incidental my ass. Clearly a foul. I was expecting better. Clearly NBA through their refs are controlling the narratives.

  18. CALlCOJACK

they deadass got it wrong on both counts LMFAO

  19. DunkingWizard

That’s it, I’m getting Gordan Hayward and we’re storming the NBA headquarters

  20. Jokesiez

So they are saying fouls no longer exist unless the defender tackles the shooter. Got it

  21. meselson-stahl

You know we ain’t just blowing smoke when 100% of r/NBA is on our side.

  22. GooseMay0

So what they essentially did is “compromise” in their way. They weren’t going to admit they were wrong on the Hield overturned call but they’ll throw the Celtics a bone by saying they missed two calls on the next possession. Fucking corrupt bullshit.

  23. WoodpeckerExtreme249

Ya this stinks to high heaven. They can’t admit that they spent several minutes reviewing a play and STILL GOT IT WRONG. So instead they say they got the other call wrong, but that it was actually unreviewable. So instead of the story being “NBA royally screwed up a review” its “well, too bd that can’t be reviewed.” Just a clear case of trying to sweep this under the rug.

  24. captaincumsock69

Regardless of all the fouls doesn’t Jaylen still have the ball when the whistle blows?
