Right so today we’ll talk about y’all we’re gonna talk about Tyrese Maxi returning after missing four days the second segment we’re going to break down or we’re going to say if can the Sixers sweep the New York Knicks right this is a really big game and then the third one

Is is there hope for the 76ers because you know the 76 is a team that’s been struggling mightily um they did get their first Victory without Joel embiid and Maxi both missing the game so that’s something that they can celebrate that happened on Sunday yesterday so but

Mitch Maxi missed four games with a concussion you know his weird part is he hit his head you know um before the last game before that and he goes go and gets goes through protocol gets checked out and passes and now it’s like you know next

Day he was banged up and couldn’t play and now he missed four so it was a tough situation for them but let’s talk about your thoughts on him coming back and and what it means to the Sixers I mean anytime you can bring back a guy like Maxie you know

Um I know you know this is uh this is the first game they might they managed to win without Joel and Maxi in the lineup well you can bring bring a guy like that back um it’s amazing that they didn’t need him against the Knicks in that awful awful

Game but um you know I’m I’m I’m glad Max’s back because you know I mean when you see that roster and it’s like you know you turn the game on and you expecting something to pop and you getting flat soda when you turn them on without you know it’s like it’s like oh

Man so it’s gonna be the Buddy Hill Kelly UB show you know and um and you know but you know to their credit they play good defense against the Knicks and you know bring bring a guy I mean bringing a guy like Maxi back at this point after missing four games I thought

That was a little bit excessive but you know you always want to air on the side of caution you talking the head injury you know go through your concussion protocol whatever but you uh you know he I mean he’s a spice without them they

Man it was I mean it was like you know pulling out eyelashes last night watching that yesterday afternoon watching that game but um and you know I think that’s a game that they would have won I mean because the Knicks just were like awall you know they were

Awall and I think had um you know had Max B they probably would have cruised or just taking that that depleted New York Nick team uh for granted but you know you know Max’s he’s a Allstar when you know when you play without an allar

Guys had to step up guys did Step Up play better they play very good defense but I mean for for the fan watching the 76ers you know and for us and for you you want to see Tyrese Maxi out there because he’s liable to do something spectacular and the chances of winning

Rise significantly when Tyrese is out there so I’m you know so I’m glad to see him coming back um during a very very very crucial phase for this team yeah I think you know that when Tyrese Maxi is back I feel like the person who’s more impactful is

Is uh Kyle lard and I know two games that he played in the starting lineup but you know you take the ball handling stuff out of match Max Maxi can become your lead scorer um he can do some other things he can do some occasional ball

Handing but I feel like T KY Lowry’s presence really helps out now the fact that like Tobias has been struggling the fact that Kelly has been erratic it’s one of those things without Maxi then you know KY could do whatever he want but if he ain’t making shots if the

Other it’s like uh it ain’t really working but the thing is when we look at is huge because they had two ugly losses and and and one loss was they were getting they were at one point so the two ugly losses were to the Brooklyn Nets and then to the Memphis Grizzlies

Right uh these are two teams that are struggling mightily and they blew the Sixers out in the fourth quarter both of them and then they go to they go to new they no they play New Orleans at home at one point they were down like 35 but

Losing by 32 I mean but only scored 32 it was something ridiculous right so like you know I mean when you look at that it was embarrassing now they can say they came back and they had a showing but a lot of times you know in the cover this league teams get

Comfortable have sizable leads they start tinkering with the lineups they start doing all types of stuff and then another team could come back as the Sixers did but at the same time they couldn’t close it out so to me he’s providing a breath of fresh air now

Let’s keep it 100 even when he was there now they did win those two games but before that they were getting boat race too now so but at the same time you know you look at it and you saying you got your big dog back let’s see how this

Lineup is going to work with Kyle let’s see you know if and Tobias Harris played good in those two games too so to me that’s what the thing is by having him back is like it elevates other players around them game yeah and and you know I

Mean you look at those some of those losses you know I mean they lost they they came from came from in front to lose you know if that’s if that’s proper you know Brooklyn uh the Grizzlies those are games you know with with Tyrese out

There I mean of course you know both and and and that was another the gissa game was bad because they were also you know they were they were injury they were injury depleted and um I would say Brooklyn was playing without Ben Simmons but you know what does that mean um but

Like yeah when you have when you have when you have tyres out there you have a you do have a closer you know um and every every one of these games even though they’ve been doggy paddling and Sh shading water you know they they’re they’re almost as close to the the

Fourth seed as they are to to play in you know it’s just they’re they’re in a very weird situation because there’s a lot of mediocrity around them um you know Lord knows it would have been nice during that you know to have Ty Reese and to get some of those games that they

Didn’t get um which were which were winnable games you know Memphis and Brooklyn you know I mean New Orleans was absolutely hopeless but they did rally in that one too so um and we’ll see you know we we we’ll see they uh it’s always good to get Tyre

Back in the lineup you know like you said he’s a guy can makes yasi plays Great longside Kyle Lowry who is is is doing a good job controlling Tempo um and he just gets better at doing that when tyree’s out there and you know you have that explosive guy you know

And granted Tobias got had a double double if I’m not mistaken but but he really need you know I mean we like a broken record with this but he really needs to show up because lots of other guys are showing up bball Paul has been showing up big time you

Know uh Kelly U you know Kelly UB is is is giving them points in that Reserve role um and you know this is a very this it’s a very big game for them I me every game for them is Big particularly because you know the last half of their the last portion of

This season is going to be brutal yeah yeah but question for you when we look at Tobias Harris is it a matter of him just missing shots or do you feel like he’s being utilized correctly yeah I just think with Tobias I think the problem is always just Tobias has to be more

Aggressive you know I mean I think um I think when uh when nurse called them soft the other day you know some of that was probably directed towards Tobias um but it was direct towards all of them because they were playing saw you know they weren’t fighting and then Grant

Tobias has a green light not not not a green light in the sense that um you know Maxi has one but in the sense that it’s like hey man come on you know we’re so much better when you’re being aggressive you know and even if your

Shots are falling we need you to be aggressive and to remain aggressive and too often Tobias gets away from that and um you know becomes The Pedestrian bystander uh and now you really can’t have that because you know there’s you know there’s opportunities for him with

All these guys out of the lineup yeah the problem with Tobias is his strength is his weakness and well well his his cuz what he is is he’s extremely unselfish player and the problem is like he’ll get the ball and you’re like all right take the shot and he passing it up

But the ball doesn’t come back so and then it’s like and then then all of a sudden when he plays the other way it seems like he’s rushing shots and missing them so he has to he has to he has to be like you say gotta be more

Aggressive more more deliberate and and you know just do what he does like at attack the basket but he has to be but he has to be under control when he does that because he misses a lot of bunnies by doing that and things like that but

You know I mean but I I I do I do feel like I mean I do feel like he’s out of rhythm at times but it was a couple games ago where he had shot five for 19 he got 19 shots one game yeah so he’s getting some

Opportunities um but and but there are some and of who believe that he’s not being utilized the right way I mean I just feel like right now um it’s basically they trying to do whatever works and they’re trying to get as many scores out there as they can to score

Points and like you say he has to be more aggressive and like you said you know he um I mean Tobias is a guy you know when he’s in Rhythm he’s effective man you know he turns around he hits that popup jumper he can take you on

Baseline uh but when it’s not there he’s taking those same shots and they’re just not falling and um and and that’s kind of where he’s been off and on throughout this season you know when Joelle was there he really seemed like he had found his his place as a number three guy yeah

You know and he’s always going to be you know he’s always going to be compared to his salary and you know what you know I see we’ we’ve all seen players like that where you know if somebody’s gonna pay you that money um you’re GNA take it you know

Should they give it to somebody else but you can’t always live up to that money a guy you know guy C in Washington was like that Jaan Howard was like that all the time what was I supposed to do give the money away you so you know so so so

He needs to be more aggressive and he but he needs to find a rhythm you know and he needs to be more assertive of he needs to be the second I think he needs to be the second most assertive player on that Squad right behind Mack that’s
