Kispert says he appreciated Keefe falling on the sword, but that nah, it was the players that were trash.
Notably (and this isn’t shown in the postgame video) Brian Keefe says in response to the talk of why he didn’t leave the guys who authored the comeback in the game – that it was time for the regular guys to go in, and if he had to do it again, he’d do it again the same way.
Pointing this out because this has been a constant point of contention in game threads, where fans express discontentment over how NBA substitutions work 99% of the time. But that’s how they work.
