If it's "hard to build a better roster around Luka than this" and the result is fringe play-in team then are you sure Luka is as good as you think he is? Either the team could be a lot better around him and he's him, or Luka isn't quite like that. He gets compared to Harden but Harden was leading teams to 60 win seasons and Luka struggling to lead a 50-win season. So either luka gotta be not that good or the supporting roster has a lot of room for improvement.
