It’s awesome for a rookie, and congrats to Podz on a great season.
But this is an indictment on a team that has one of the top 5 players ever on the roster, still very close to his prime, with a roster that was supposed to be built to contend for a championship. To have a rookie playing this many minutes, and to be depended on this much, is honestly shameful for this front office, and also for the players who, almost to a man, regressed immensely from 18 months ago and showed an insane amount of unprofessionalism for an entire season.

I really don’t get +/- even when Podz is out there getting cooked a lot of the time he still manages to get a positive, without scoring and over dribbling… and no way can anyone tell me he’s been the most impactful player on the team.
