Just something to lighten up the subreddit mood with and having some fun. [Letterman recently with the TNT squad](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lRNeCIfffU) was hilarious and surprisingly thought provoking. Check out the 8min mark where he proposes a 3/5/10 pt demarcations…which means only teams with players named Steph Curry or Damian Lillard could ever win.

10 pts for halfcourt is insane. MAYBE could go to 5, with a 4 point shot between (Either a separate line, or just two spots, like the Starry shots in the 3pt competition).
But either way I doubt it would ever happen. Keep in mind basketball is a sport played outside of the NBA; it’s global, from pros, to semi pros, to college, to high school, to pickup, etc. They wouldn’t add all these lines and points and stuff to all these other courts, so it would be just an NBA thing, and I don’t think they want to distinguish the NBA that much from all other basketball.
