I missed being able to do my hot take in person tonight but I have 2. By the end of the first series in the playoffs we'll be calling the bench gang the "headband hounds" because they're all going to be playing like dawgs and Jamal and Jok are going to have a playoff game where they both get a perfect triple double

Reggie Jackson has been playing pretty good D most of the season, with a couple games in the very good dept. Never seems to get credit for it. He has really active hands, rarely caught out of position, and fights through screens well to challenge pick & pops. He's a little undersized so he gets abused on mismatches, but frankly that's the case for most PG starters in the league today, let alone PGs coming off the bench. It shouldn't be overstated the value of a defender to handles his switches and rotations and gets through screens coming off the bench. Nuggets bench is generally good, but Watson and Braun are young and if you pair them with someone who's missing his assignments on D, they'll get confused and discouraged trying to learn and execute their own assignments.
Long story short, I see Reggie having a lot of upside well beyond his admittedly dodgy offense (fwiw, he's also clearly a great locker room glue guy, and a good motivator, no drama, shows up and plays, tries to do what''s asked of him, etc.)
