Bickley Blast: Is a Devin Booker trade request near after Suns fall flat vs. the Clippers?

  1. A lot of this mess is on him. He signed off on the KD trade, signed off on the Ayton trade, signed off on the Beal trade. He’s not excluded from this mess.

  2. It's crazy that it's come to this. Goes to show that everything that glitters isn't gold. Trading for KD and Beal looked great on paper, but has not and doesn't seem that it will ever get any better.

  3. Booker is just not a leader. He lets us down every time the team needs him in big moments. It’s shocking how completely indifferent he is.
A great talent but not a leader.
And if the coaches can’t get this group prepared then it’s the wrong coaches to have.

  4. Only Dan would throw out a crazy statement like trading Book year 1 of a superteam and not talk about it at all afterwards

  5. They showed a close up on Book In first half and it looked like he had just woke up from a long nap or something. That or maybe hung over or something. He was obviously not prepared for the game. I never seen him look like that. It was somewhat shocking. And Durant starting the game off with two missed FT set the tone of the first half.

  6. I'm open to it… And when I thought about it in the past I was horrified but not anymore. When we blew up the 2021 team the writing was on the wall

  7. Ill say it again though. Coaching needs to take a big part of responsibility. They should have some go to plays to run when in these shooting slumps but it always looks like a team of strangers playing pick up ball with zero familiarity with each other.

  8. I hope Book isnt influenced by KD. Cuz the longer this goes I see more of KD behaviors in Book and I want no part of that. Almost like its cool to not care kind of attitude.

  9. When we traded our young core for KD, that’s when the suns weren’t fun to watch anymore. At least the backs double down and kept their young core.

  10. It almost seemed in the first half like they were intentionally trying to throw the game. I couldn’t believe what I was watching. There are no words for it.

  11. I don't know how many times we can say it, they need a point guard. So what do they do they sign a point guard. But they don't play him. How can the team not understand how important a point guard is to team chemistry?

I get it, the team is strapped by the salary cap, but John Wall was available, is he old, yeah, can he still pass, I can still pass and only one arm works, and I could get people to fucking ball. I couldn't run anymore, but I can pass the damn ball without turning it over!

  12. One more thing, if you want to know whose fault this is It's James Jones for drafting Jalen Smith instead of Tyrese halliburton. Do you think anybody would be complaining about turnovers if we had an exceptional point guard? If there's one thing the Godfather of Arizona Sports would say, it's that you have to have a quality point guard to have a good team! He's not going to say anything bad right now, but if you ask him in private, he will tell you that's the problem with this

  13. When i think about that comment chillin that really pisses me off. It's like he's saying to the fans screw you with your loser lives go back to your slave labor jobs while i live the fabulous life in the off-season. LeBron literally said that after losing in the playoffs and Booker is saying the same thing with that comment. I got the luxury life you don't so screw off and leave me and my opulent life alone. He's no different than an old testament king in his palace with his harem.
