2. Complete your giveaway entry in the Google Form linked here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScWH9uR_t9YPjaGjEcMBT5QYPmtGAWdnzCYQuHfWSFWkarOjg/viewform?usp=sf_link
3. Ensure you are following Jacob Gramegna/Amateur Hour Sports on the social media platform outlined in your Google Form submission so that you can be contacted if you are selected as one of the winners.
4. Winners will be selected at half time of the channel’s Raptors/Heat watch along on Sunday, April 14th.
5. Winners will be sent a Raptors swingman jersey of their choice, subject to availability in coordination with Jacob Gramegna.
6. Jacob Gramegna takes responsibility for communication, ordering and sending the jersey to the selected winners. Winners will be directly messaged on the platform of their choosing on Monday, April 15th, 2024 and will have 72 hours to reply before another winner is selected to replace them.
7. The contest closes at the end of the first half of the Raptors/Heat game on Sunday, April 14th, 2024.
8. The sweepstakes is limited to one entry per person.

10. Failure to comply with the giveaway instructions and rules will automatically disqualify you from the giveaway. If it is deemed you have been disqualified from the giveaway after being revealed as a winner. Another entrant will be selected in your place. 11. Amateur Hour Sports holds the right to disqualify any entrant at any point based on their discretion.
