  1. For Javon being backup PG next year…with Kelly off the bench directing traffic SO much, maybe Javon's type of skills fit very well with that (assuming he can hit the 3 at a somewhat consistent level, as we've seen him do at different levels already). We've seen how impactful Kelly is with more touches and being a big part of the offence. Of course, we need to see good decision making from Javon, but that does seem to improve with the consistent opportunities. I'm just thinking that if we add a typical backup PG, who plays on the ball so much, maybe that isn't what the team needs. It's hard to have non-stop movement on a team, especially when the PG is someone who needs the ball so much and looks for assists. We definitely don't need someone who pounds the ball for 15-20 seconds of the shot clock then passes. It'll be so interesting to see what we do next year. Exciting! I do hope for Javon to be in the rotation, love what he brings and his effort!

  2. Pacers are actually 15th in defensive efficiency and 6th in overall net rating in their last 15 games. I think people haven't caught on to the improvements they've made on defense.

  3. By the way things are working out, the Pacers preferred OG's defense over Pascal's offense.
OG will get top dollar this off season and the Raps did good by trading him.

  4. Jokic’s greatest assets are intangible so people who only understand or care about numbers are going to fail to credit them with regard to effect on winning. Example… Jokic sharing the ball and self deprecating personality allows every teammate to flourish in ways standing around watching Luka dribble because he’s the alpha doesn’t . Jokic raises EVERY boat. Luka still has a way to go. MVP contenders are all great yet only 1 does it “Most”… Jokic

  5. And the sad part is Raptors is trying to mimic the Pacers style even though we don't have the offensive players. I hope Masai have a plan to get wing players with 2 way potential this off season.
