Do you know what it means to lose to the Pacers? That includes former Hawks manager Lloyd Pierce, trade acquisition Siakam, and Haliburton, who corresponds to Young's biggest weapon, the pass. There's no denying that Young > Halliburton. This team reminds me of the old Hawks. Losing to the Pacers would be extremely humiliating.
Wanna be competitive gotta remove the weak links…. both Mathews on this team don't need to be on the roster in 2024-25 season. Fernando can't protect the rim and isn't great at rebounding. Needs to go. The single best move the Hawks can do to bolster the roster is throw the bag at Bol Bol. His length closing out on shooters and just standing in the paint regularly causes missed shots & will help balance out Capela's defensive decline.
