In a lot of ways it’s the opposite of last year everybody expected the Lakers to win last year and so it pissed off the nuggets and motivated them this time it’s the Lakers who should feel motivated

I mean – he’s not lying. Even if they dropped a game to another team the Lakers every game was a battle. Jokic had to bail them out with some over the head turn around heaves, Murray had to turn into Jordan for an entire quarter.. KCP and MPJ had to actually become shooters just to lose themselves the next series.. like it took a lot and the games were still really close with LeBron having a foot injury preventing him from doing what he’s use to doing.
