We opened at +350 and it got bought down to +310 immediately so maybe that’s a good sign. It wouldn’t be the biggest upset to say the least. For example the Heat were huge underdogs against the Bucks last year, even more so considering the Bucks were the number one seed.

Regardless, the Lakers can’t make mistakes this series. Lebron is right, they need to play mistake free basketball every game to have a chance.

This post is not for gambling purposes, just to show our odds on the series are currently priced.

But that’s only because none of the 1/8 matchups are set right? Celtics vs bulls or a jimmy-less heat may as well be -500.

+300 is not that high for bron. We bron fans will always remember when he was once +1000 against golden state lol

  4. I mean, sure. We also dont know who the 8th seeds are.

The whole world thinks the series it’s over before it even begins. Massive disrespect to Lebron and AD. Lebron just said after shoot around that it’s not personal. I hope he’s just saying that to keep the team focused and not let emotions get in the way but deep down I expect him and AD to be taking this very personal.

We’ll be the 2nd biggest underdogs because whoever Boston is playing will be the 1st

That’s fair. We haven’t beaten them since December 2022.

Even when the Lakers are underdogs, people don’t really treat them as underdogs. I wonder if it cause of Lebron or cause of how historically successful the Lakers are or because LA is evil big market.

  9. LeBron has one more giant series I him. This is it. The best team in the NBA versus the underdog Lakers.

Solving for L: Game 1 Weekend game + alcohol^2 x packed stadium ^3 ÷ High altitude (I’m thinking game by game, I don’t see us winning Saturday, Maybe Monday when ppl don’t wanna be hungover on Tuesday— Colorado has a bunch of hippies which are just snobs in disguise) Their stadium is the sixth man. I want to be wrong.

Whoever faces Boston probably will be.

But other then that i kinda agree that we are, as denver has been the favorite in the west since before the season started.

Fair odds, buttttt we’re winning 😮‍💨

Just wait until the 1v8 matchup in the East is set. Boston’s gonna be favored by WAY more than Denver is over us.

Was in Vegas this past weekend, put $100 on the Pelicans game and doubled up. I used my profit of $100 to put on the Lakers to win it all….pays 40-1.

This is fair. Maybe slightly high but not crazy. Nugs have our number and AD is having some injury issues. Need to win one of these first two in Denver and then it becomes possible.

Kids, Bron and the lakeshow bout to pay for your college education…

Respectfully, we should be. We have not demonstrated an ability to consistently beat the Nuggets, despite how close the WCF was.

Honestly, Id take the lakers on this spread. I’m not a lakers fan, I enjoy watching ya’ll talk about them and such, but this lakers squad is legit. It’ll come down to how James plays and free throw +/- tho (LOL)
